Injection moulding
Advanced techniques on European machinery, with an extensive range of polymers and no compromise on quality or accuracy. We mould everything from short runs to high-volume production, matching each part to the polymer that gives it the right strength, finish and cost.
Stock products
Off-the-shelf components for furniture, joinery, medical and building applications. Our own ranges are designed and moulded in Auckland, with popular lines kept in stock for trade customers.
Precision tools
Specialised tooling built for the needs of a wide range of industries. Every injection mould is machined in our Onehunga toolroom and maintained over its working life.
Precision toolmaking
An on-site toolroom and experienced specialists delivering rapid tooling solutions. Because our toolmakers work alongside the moulding floor, design changes and repairs happen in days rather than weeks, and tolerances hold from the first shot to the last.
Custom solutions
Bespoke products adapted or created to your exact specifications. From housings and clips to caps and knobs, we take custom parts from drawing to production and can hold your tooling for repeat runs.

We partner with you from conception through development to enhance every product. One team stays accountable from first sketch to finished part, so nothing is lost between design, tooling and moulding.
Design & development
Our in-house team works alongside you from concept through to prototype. We look at wall thickness, draft, gating and assembly so your part moulds cleanly and costs less to make, and rapid prototypes let you test fit and function before tooling is cut.
Material mastery
Knowledge of more than 700 grades of plastic, so every part uses the right polymer. We advise on strength, flexibility, temperature, chemical resistance, appearance and cost before a part goes into production.
Beyond standardisation
Bespoke modifications and entirely new designs, made to measure. If a stock part is close but not quite right, we can adapt it, or design something entirely new for your product.
